Very pricy for a poorly thought out program

This works most of the time, but Id rate it satisfactory at best. Ive paid a tremendous amount of money for this system, so I had high expectations, which it definitely does not meet. Its not a bad program, it just doesnt work as well as something this pricey should. The new remotes do not provide the level of control that they need. They also seem to have issues occasionally. Using an IPad is much easier than using the remotes.
I would not install this system again, and would go go with something more moderately priced that actually works all the time and has remote controls that make more sense. Whoever designed their new remotes needs to be relieved of their job.
