Whats Happened

Many thousands of dollars spent, to install Savant operating system for my home entertainment Audio/Video and many hours with my Tech guy, to try and resolve many operating issue. However still cannot get the Savant app to open on my iPhone 6 Plus.
It just repeatedly keeps crashing. Whats the point.......They are selling an operating system, that does not have the complete compatibility with the Apple iPhone 6 Plus.
When is the update forthcoming, or is that too much to ask....
